Taha (Shia cleric)

Mullah Taha is a Shia gay cleric[1] from Iran.[2] The son of a cleric, he attended Islamic school at the age of 15[3] where he attained the rank of Hujjat al-Islam.[4] After officiating gay marriages,[5] he was forced by Iranian authorities to flee to Turkey,[6] where he has lived since 2016.[7][8][9]
