I don’t agree, if he didn’t he would be relief that she let go. Sometimes you have to lose what you have to realize what you had and cherish it. Haven’t finished the drama yet, just 3 minutes in but was reading comments. Realized that many can’t understand the moralities of these dramas.

There ml observes for some time to make sure that she is keeping distance deliberately then he just starts following her to places where he know she will go. Then when she asked he said it soo naturally that still now u pursuing if u don't then I will now u can enjoy. It is soo long even stone can develop feelings, y did u think I won't?? Then slowly she again commits to him. Through his little little gestures she suddenly realized that in previous life he was rude (just said maid's cooking better nd was keeping a little distance from her) was just because he cared for her and he was wanting her to take rest instead of cooking. Then when she comes out she knows that he bought all maids who insulted her earlier near her and made them apologize, also chased after her immediately he saw her seeing him with another girl in front of media. Then he was soo sad for not knowing she was in depression and Never hated or bored of her

I really liked the ending. I don't want to give spoilers, but for me, it was a perfect finish. This ML gives the BEST HUGS! He completely envelopes her in his arms and body.

One problem for FL. Unlike just starting to like him in school. She has had years of falling in love with him. So even though betrayed, it is hard to break off with the young version who has done nothing wrong yet.

Okay, normally I would be pissed that the male lead didn't change. I'm still a little iffy on it. That said, it becomes clear very early on what the roots of the marital problems were. In the rebirth timeline, after realizing that she's serious about not wanting to date him anymore, he puts the work in. He does the chasing, he tries to understand her insecurities, he tries to be as actively committed to her dreams as his own. There's still angst and drama because that's the genre. But it was a decent redemption arc, partly because there were flashbacks to the original timeline that let us compare. But then the ending ending does not show that same level of effort. It does not feel like as much writing went into it. It ends with what the romance genre calls an "HFN" meaning "Happy For Now". That's not enough happy ending for some people, so be aware.
This oy is not over, there is another section to the story. I'm going to try o find it.

I was thinking the same thing. The acting was good, but the story is sorely lacking.
In that version at least ML was part of her dream with help of special technic to help her wake-up, so it was really him showing her that she is special for him, that he actually likes her, that he wants to be with her, there it was just a wishful thinking, just one-sided dream from her side.
Her frustration of whether to trust him again after knowing what he did in the past, is exactly my life except i wasnt reborn but is about to make the biggest decision of my life. Id say i wont. Because ive been there and i know exactly how my heart was like cut into millions of tiny pieces. But id say just enjoy the ride, enjoy him while he is in love with you and remove him when its time to go. Just dont get carried away with those sweet words. Maybe, a day will come when your heart will truly be free from pain. Because its painful to know that one day you will let go of this person but also liberating in a way bc on that day, you will be free.
I'd rather live alone and not give such a person chance knowing that they'd definitely do it .

I have the same question.. but it is at the end part. I'm curious at the ML's change in attitude. We know that ML wasn't reborn when fl had that rebirth (or later on, we know it as just a dream). But when fl woke up from the coma, everything should be back to the original life, right, since it was all "just a dream". But how come ML's attitude towards fl has changed and he even smirked at the end as if it's telling something suspicious. What happened there? It's like he knew what was going on in fl's rebirth or dream..
I think I've seen a different rendition of this one. I had a bit of a time trying to follow the story, but the 'out of sequence' scenes were too frequent to keep up with. Thanks

Ok, I have seen this play out in other versions. My issue with this version is not the acting, its how it has been edited. I feel it skips into the middle of the next scene, then back tracks back into the very start of the scene. For example. The protagonists mom decides she needs to meet up the with the FL when knows realizes her son is doing the chasing but we see a scene before event that the ML and mom meet up. Now, if only they did not do that in the editing, this would be a nicely told story. Maybe they were preparing for commercials but even then. This edited pattern does not work for me.

It is different from the other version because that ML actually loved the FL he just didn't communicate properly

I really like it. For me it was a fresh alternative to the exploited revenge rebirth drama. Was like a 2nd chance for the couple, and the ending “plot twist” was great. However they should have develop the drama a little bit more; for the first live it didn’t show the ML side of why he was like that. And the ending was too short.

There’s another version of this one where they explained it at the end. ML brought a medical team and they put him into a medically induced coma and had him enter FL’s dream. So he was really with her throughout the whole thing

Ml is the cold aloof type, he probably grew to like fl but never expressed it, he's also awkward to feelings. His friend knows he likes fl. In original time line there was probably misunderstanding(fl father using relationship for money) why ml so distant. In rebirth it shows that even if he didn't love her in beginning he atleast cared. Fl heard girl confessed to ml and used it to confirm her 'white moonlight' status.
